Hi, my name is Tyler. I am a Ph.D. Candidate in philosophy at the University of Colorado, Boulder. My research focuses on Hostile Epistemology – examining how social and environmental factors make it hard for people to gain knowledge. In addition to my research, I teach with the intent of showing students how philosophy can help them tackle real-life problems.
